Sales and Service

Goods are offered for sale on a firm sale basis. We do not supply goods on approval and transfer of ownership takes place at the point of purchase. Please feel free to ask for advice before and after purchase. Simply complete our online Contact Us form, or, if you are in the UK please feel free to send us a text 07963 709425 for prompt advice.

All goods are quality checked prior to despatch but in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty in any way, we will replace the item, at no extra cost to you, provided we are notified within 28 days of purchase.

All goods are despatched discreetly and securely.

All prices displayed include UK postage. International orders are despatched by airmail and we have to ask for a surcharge to cover the cost of international delivery. This is for the entire order, not per item, therefore the more you buy, the better the value.

For your protection we recommend the automatic default payment system offered which is PayPal. If you prefer to send Cash, Cheque or Postal Orders, please email to arrange this.

International orders must use PayPal; there simply is no other option available.
