Q: I just sent an order but forgot to add something. What should I do?


A: If you are in the UK, simply place another order with the items you wish to add. As P&P is included, you won’t be penalised for placing a small order. If you are overseas, please use the Contact Us feature and we will manually override your order so you don’t pay shipping twice.


Q: How soon will you despatch my order?


A: All orders of ‘off the shelf’ goods (that is items that are not made especially for you) are processed straight away and all orders received before 11am will be despatched same day. Orders received after 11am are despatched the following morning


Q: What are timescales for delivery?


A: Obviously, this is out of our hands but as a guideline, Royal Mail usually get your goods to you next day but they advise allow 3-5 days for delivery, especially in rural areas.

To USA and Canada we are currently seeing delivery times of 7-14 working days due to continued heightening of Homeland Security. Europe, Australia and Asia are currently around 5-7 working days.
